A few years ago, I felt stuck. I felt like I had all of these plans and goals for my life, but I didn’t know specifically what I was truly searching for.
I knew I wanted a career that I loved, a fulfilling social life and mind-blowing sex on a regular basis.
But I had no clue what that all meant and how I wanted it to show up in my life. I just knew I wanted it!

Then a few month’s ago I started recognizing a pattern with all of the women I was seeing in my practice.
They were saying yes to jobs, events, and other opportunities that they knew would make them miserable just because it was the “logical” thing to do.
They were building relationships with people who constantly wanted something from them but weren’t willing to give anything back.
They all were having difficulty figuring out what they wanted in their life and how to block out the people, places, and things that were keeping them from having it ALL!
They were brilliant, talented, successful, and self-sufficient but not completely satisfied with the life they were living.
That is when I created the Clarifying Your Values Worksheet to help guide my clients through this journey.
After completing this worksheet, my clients were able to focus on what was most important in their lives and start making meaningful steps towards accomplishing their goals!
